Why can't I get a delivery to my area?

We are a small independent family run business and we do our local deliveries ourselves with our own drivers, not by franchising - so we cover all areas we can in our own vans - this is most but not all of Hampshire, Berkshire and Surrey (and these areas are extending all the time).  Most of the rest of the UK is covered using our courier service.  Just enter your postcode into our search box and it will let you know if we can deliver to your area, or if you have any queries just give us a ring.  

Why can't I pick my delivery day and time?

We deliver to certain areas on certain days - it's better for the environment, and means our vans are utilised to the best capacity.  It would not be practical or cost effective for us or you our customers to be going to random areas on random days.

But no need to worry - you don't need to wait in -just tell us where you would like us to leave your delivery - this could be your porch, a shed, back step, under a picnic table, the choice is yours.

Give us a ring if you are unsure where would be best.  Please bear in mind greenhouses are not a good idea in the summer as they tend to get too hot!

Where will my delivery be left?

You do not need to wait in for your delivery to arrive - just tell us where you would like us to leave your delivery - this could be your porch, a shed, back step, under a picnic table, the choice is yours. Give us a ring if you are unsure where would be best.

Please bear in mind greenhouses are not a good idea in the summer as they tend to get too hot!   If you have not told us a place to leave your box our driver will leave in a sensible place, if this is not obvious we will post you a note through your door telling you where it is.
