A speciality from our Graig Farm producers, a now much under used meat seemingly mainly because it went out of fashion. The Mutton Renaissance has changed all that. This is a great meat that is delicious. See our recipe suggestions for some ideas but try the diced mutton slow cooked in a casserole or the chump chops as a change to your usual choice.
