Farmers that rear animals under organic standards follow strict guidelines on animal welfare, animals have plenty of space to roam and are fed an organic diet.
Our producer Graig Farm now in its 20th year, situated in beautiful mid Wales they are one of the pioneers of organic food. All meat is fully traceable, they know the history of each animal. There is a label on each pack telling you the name and location of the farmer and breed of the animal. Graig farm have won many awards for the quality of their produce and take their ethical and environmental responsibilities very seriously.
