I need to add a holiday to my account?
Once logged in, go to Preferences to add your holiday dates to your account, we will skip deliveries while you're away and restart them as soon as you're back.
Changing your delivery address.
Once logged in, go to Preferences to change any personal details.
Changing your password
Once logged in, go to Preferences to change any personal details.
You can update your password at any time online.
Changing your card details.
Your card details have to be entered with every purchase, as OS do not store card details helping to prevent fraud.
Viewing a statement.
To view your statement / Invoices or history of recent purchases, log in, click on My Orders.
