My box hasn't arrived!
In the unlikely event that your order hasn't arrived then please let us know as soon as possible. It may be that it will arrive at a different time to usual if your driver is delayed or we have had to alter our route round for another reason, but either way please get in touch and we can let you know.
Something I was expecting is missing from my delivery.
If something is missing from your order, please let us know as soon as you realise. Check your receipt before contacting us as we normally try and ensure any missing items are noted. However we are only human and mistakes do occasionally happen so if we've made a mistake, we'll either credit your account, refund or replace the item free of charge with your next order.
Something in my box is of poor quality or damaged.
We pack our deliveries carefully in the very early morning of the day that your order comes out which ensures that you get the freshest possible produce. However in the unlikely event there is a mistake with your order contents or you are not happy with something in your box please let us know as soon as possible so we can investigate.
