Our supplier Dorset Farm supplies the most delicious sliced cooked traditional ham and honey roast ham and delicious joints to order. Dorset Farm produce top quality ham where no water retaining chemicals are used and all ingredients are sourced locally where possible. Our roast beef slices are prepared for us by our friends at Graig Farm. Produced from the top quality hind-quarter cuts, this superbly flavoured beef is slowly cooked to perfection to retain the famous Graig Farm flavour.
